ISO now plans February launch for ISO 45001

The final ISO 45001 international standard for occupational safety and health management systems could be published as early as February 2018, according to a communiqué by the International Organisation for Standardization this week.

The final ISO 45001 international standard for occupational safety and health management systems is likely to go to a final draft before publication next year, following a meeting to discuss comments on the current draft. 

ISO 45001 in home stretch

The latest draft of ISO 45001, the planned international standard for safety and health management systems has been approved in an international ballot. But further amendments to the standard, which is due to replace BS OHSAS 18001, may push publication of the final text into next year.
