In order for us to provide our site, and our product and services and for the other purposes set out in Use of Information below, we may collect and process personal data from site visitors, jobseekers and other users of the site, and of our products and services such as e-newsletters. We may collect information from you including, but not limited to, your name, email address, mailing address, phone/fax numbers, date of birth, gender, payment information (where you have chosen to pay for a service), education history, employment information, information related to your professional qualifications, designations and memberships and information about your use of our site and third-party websites, products and services (“ Personal Data“). This period of retention is subject to review and alteration. At the end of the retention period (if applicable), we will safely return your data to IOSH and securely delete all existing copies, unless there is a legal requirement to retain the data.
