Good that Sainsbury's are taking the role seriously and putting some weight behind it. Praise also to Mr Lennox and his honesty is the best policy.
I'm a regular customer and a professional FM so I do note how things are being done whilst in store (I know. Sad old git). I would suggest though that the company invest in a better FM provision on the soft services side. The two stores nearest to me are horrible on the outside and stairs and walkways from the covered car park are usually a disgrace.
If I didn't know that the inside of the store was actually ok I would never go in!
