With all eVouchers – for DSE eyecare, safety eyewear, driving eyecare and optical care – there is the option to use the voucher as a contribution towards higher priced items. Employees often use this benefit to purchase designer glasses and now there are even more options to choose from.

Moschino is an iconic brand, well known for its playful designs and signature heart motif. The introduction of this new range offers employees a further 12 choices of glasses and three more options for prescription sunglasses, in addition to the 2,000 different styles already available from Specsavers.

The Love Moschino collection plays with shapes and materials, but manages to strike the perfect balance of being both extravagant and classic. Lighthearted prints and chic embellishments give the Love Moschino glasses an air of youthful cool.

With Specsavers’ 2 for 1 offers, employees will be able to choose two complete pairs of glasses from just £125, and their eyecare voucher can be redeemed as part of this offer, further reducing the cost for the employee, with no increased expense for the employer.

Jim Lythgow, director of strategic alliances at Specsavers Corporate Eyecare, says: “It is obligatory for employers to offer eyecare to all screen users. With drivers and those working in ‘at risk’ environments also requiring eyecare, the vast majority of the workforce will be entitled to eyecare at work. We are keen for our eVouchers to do much more than just cover the basics. In this way, employers are able to offer their staff a valued employee benefit and not just an obligatory provision.

"By increasing our collection and allowing employees to use their corporate eyecare eVouchers towards other ranges and in conjunction with other offers, we feel we are giving employers the best possible value for money. If you are having to provide eyecare anyway, then it makes sense to benefit from the associated morale boost that an enhanced offering can provide, especially if it is at no additional cost to the business or organisation.”
