At its meeting in February 2018, the IOSH Council agreed some important changes to IOSH’s governance arrangements.
Proposed changes include amendments to the structure of IOSH’s Board of Trustees’ committees and other arrangements, and so will require changes to the byelaws. As per IOSH’s governance arrangements, these changes can only be implemented if approval is given at a SGM and then by the Privy Council.
All IOSH corporate members – chartered and retired chartered members and chartered and retired chartered fellows – are entitled to vote. Other IOSH members are entitled to attend and speak at the SGM.
Corporate members can vote at the meeting or via electronic proxy (electronic voting will close at 5pm Friday 18 May). Corporate members have been sent details of how to vote.
If you would like to attend the SGM please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
