After the success of the first event in Manchester earlier in the year, Safety, Health and Wellbeing Live (SHW Live) is set to return for its Southern edition this September at Farnborough International, with the promise of key exhibiting brands and a world-class conference programme alongside unrivalled CPD and networking opportunities.

Organiser What Else Events is pleased to announce that free visitor registration is now open for the event, taking place at Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre on 28 – 29 September 2022.

Safety, Health and Wellbeing Live – Farnborough International aims to champion excellence in workplace safety and occupational health as well as inspiring improved standards in mental health and wellbeing. This unique regional event is designed to enable OSH communities to shift the dial on health and safety culture in the workplace.

Professionals responsible for health, safety and wellbeing within their organisations are invited to register their attendance to discover the latest innovations, enhance their professional knowledge, discuss industry trends, and build important relationships with other industry professionals in the community.

SHW Live exhibition brings together industry-leading brands and suppliers showcasing the latest innovations, including live demonstrations and application inspiration to give OSH professionals the tools they need to shift enact real change in their workplace.

The two-day event, which is free-to-attend, will also deliver two days of CPD accredited content across two theatres, curated specifically for OSH professionals in the south of England. High-profile speakers will deliver seminars, panels, and keynote addresses throughout the course of the two days. The comprehensive programme will provide insights into health, safety and wellbeing issues facing health and safety teams and their workplaces today.

The event will also feature a free networking drinks reception open to all visitors and exhibitors alike.

The regional exhibition and conference is set to build on the success of the inaugural event, which took place at Manchester Central earlier this year. To learn more about what you can expect from SHW Live, you can view the highlight video from Manchester here: https://youtu.be/1OBtIGZKnDM

Delivered in collaboration with the Health and Safety Executive, all event partners have continued their support for the Farnborough event, including British Safety Council, NEBOSH, BOHS, Safety Groups UK, UKATA, Institute of Occupational Medicine and Safety4Good.

Following on from the hugely successful collaboration at SHW Live - Manchester Central, event organisers are again working closely with IOSH to offer learning and networking opportunities to members and non-members alike at Farnborough International too.

The show is organised by an experienced team of professionals at What Else Events. With more than 20 years’ experience delivering the highest quality exhibitions and conferences for OSH professionals.

Tim Else, founder of What Else Events, said:

'We’re excited to bring SHW Live to Farnborough in September. We are very conscious that budget, time, and travel restrictions are a constant challenge for those working in the health and safety industry. SHW Live uniquely responds to this by being the only truly accessible, affordable, and sustainable platform for the industry to meet in person. This regional format provides attendees with important opportunities to reconnect with other safety professionals and industry-shaping exhibitors, which is something we have all missed over the last two years.

'We know this will be a highly relevant event which will update visitors on best practice, whilst also providing up to date information, education, and advice around all operational aspects of health, safety, and wellbeing.'

Just 35 minutes from London, the award-winning venue is easily accessible and benefits from excellent road, rail, and air links, which allows for easy access for delegates from across South and South-East. Furthermore, there are 2,500 hotel rooms within a 10-mile radius of the centre, 3,500 free on-site parking spaces and the spectacular runway backdrop.

SHW Live is free and open to anyone from the industry that wishes to register. Visit the website to find out more: https://www.safetyhealthwellbeing.live/
