Improve worker safety and reduce risk
As a workplace safety professional, you should conduct behavioural based safety observations (BBSO) on a regular basis. A BBSO is a recorded observation in the workplace on employees' safety behaviours. This is a proactive effort to get to the root cause of any unsafe behaviours on site.
