Developed by Darren Sutton, this popular IOSH-certificated programme has been delivered in many organisations throughout the world, including BAE Systems, Amazon, Biffa, London Energy and Heineken. Many thousands of safety and health professionals have also put themselves through the programme.
There are four ways to experience Behavioural Science. Our newest option includes our Train the Trainer programme for organisations that want to deliver it themselves.

Take yourself through the programme – Click. Buy. Start.
It’s easy – just click and go. This online programme takes around 6 to 10 hours to complete, either in one sitting or in bite-sized chunks over a week or two, including the IOSH assessment.
Deliver the course yourself – with our Train the Trainer programme
Sometimes, organisations want to deliver the programme themselves, and that’s fine by us. It’s a blend of online and live training. To help prepare them, we take their in-house safety lead through our Train the Trainer programme sharing our resources, materials, format and structure to help guide their people through the six modules.
Worcestershire County Council chose this blended route. It purchased 100 online licenses for its leaders, managers and supervisors who will work their way through the programme, module by module. The in-house health and safety lead will then bring each of the modules to life, either virtually or face-to-face.

We’ve done this with lots of private companies and global corporations. It’s similar to the option above. Organisations still purchase multiple licences and take themselves through each of the six modules, but this time, we deliver the virtual or face-to-face training.
