How can digitalisation improve hybrid training and eLearning?

Although companies are scaling down working from home and slowly returning to the office, lots of business operations are still happening remotely, such as training.

The pandemic urged employers to find new forms of training support for their employees. Online learning has been used by employers to keep people on furlough engaged and to keep them trained in preparation of their return to work.

This has created a rapid shift to how learning and development was done in the past couple of years. For instance, some 79% of organisations here are still conducting health and safety compliance training, but now completely online (iHASCO 2020).

In this webinar, our panel of experts discussed:

  • Case studies: How our panel has already embraced hybrid training and seen advantages to their businesses.
  • Benefits: What are the benefits of hybrid training? What systems are companies using?
  • Future proofing: Where the industry is likely to be going and how you can embrace hybrid training and eLearning.
