Here’s how Worcestershire County Council is rolling out the IOSH certificated programme: Behavioural Science for Leadership in Safety, across the organisation.

'Hi everyone – we wanted to share the work we’re doing with Worcestershire County Council. It approached us recently because it has recognised that the way its people engage with each other and the wider community will play a significant part in its success.

'There’s a lot of good things happening for WCC right now – but they want to become even better. That’s why they’ve chosen one of our corporate partner options to roll out this Behavioural Science program across their organisation.

'In this video I explain why WCC picked our Blended Option – a mix of online and virtual sessions delivered by them, and how it works in practice.'

Our Corporate Partner Options

Some of the most diverse organisations in the UK and across the globe have chosen Behavioural Science for Leadership in Safety – including Amazon, BAE Systems, NHS, Biffa, London Energy, Heineken, Biomerieux and Yondr Group.

You can experience this IOSH certificated program in three ways:

1.      Online – you complete the programme in your own time.
2.      Blended – a mix of online and virtual sessions, delivered by Darren Sutton.
3.      Blended – a mix of online and virtual sessions, delivered by You. There’s the option to do a Train the Trainer program with us, to help you prepare.

Click here to review the three options

If you choose Option 3, you could book onto an adaptable and practical Train the Trainer program with Darren Sutton, to help you prepare. That’s how Gary Monaghan from Worcestershire County Council got going with the course.

LondonEnergy chose Option 2. Here’s how it worked for them.

We can’t hold them any longer

From Monday 4 April 2022, we’re increasing the price of our IOSH certificated online programmes. There are three reasons for this:

  1. We’ve added some great new updated content.
  2. We’ve held our current price, which was an introductory offer, for over a year
  3. We’ve been told by the people who’ve completed them they’re worth a lot more.

But don’t worry. If you’re still interested in Behavioural Science for Leadership in Safety or Performance Psychology for Health and Safety Professionals, there’s still plenty of time to buy them at the current price.

It will give you an insight into Behavioural Science for Leadership in Safety and Performance Psychology for Health and Safety Professionals. Q&A session to follow.
