It’s that time again… We’re looking to add IOSH member experience and expertise to the articles for the next issue and we urgently need you to come forward if you think you’ve got something to say on the subject…
This issue we need at least three volunteers. Could you help? It would only take a 15- to 20-minute phone conversation and you would be adding depth and insight, and shaping the magazine’s content direction, which is invaluable.
The members needed for the next issue (September/October) are those who work in, or have an opinion about, or who have experience of:
- The healthcare sector for a case study in the article on World Patient Safety Day. The theme of the day is ‘Health worker safety: A priority for patient safety’. The main question is: How have you overcome challenges in your workplace during the pandemic?
- The construction industry. Are you a head of safety perhaps? We are writing a feature on working at height and how the danger is being tackled. What is your organisation doing? What are your thoughts on the issues the sector is facing?
- Biological hazards. The main question we’ll be asking is: How has Covid-19 changed your organisation’s mindset, policies and procedures around biological hazards?
Please email the magazine’s editor, Emma Godfrey: [email protected] for further information.
